Today even though India has gone way ahead in the world ranking for numerous things like Finance, Nuclear Power, Research, etc...
Its too topping the lists for Crime, Harrassment against Women
Statistics indicate the most number of Rapes in the capital ciy of India, Delhi.
Most number of a girl child killing in Indian rural areas.....
Eve-Teasing in Metro cities.....

You need to have a Heart to Love a Women......
You need to have Patience to Understand a Women.....
You need to have the right Attitude and Thoughts to Respect a Women.....

Before looking at a Girl/Women with Dirty Eyes, before Harassing a Girl, where do these thoughts vanish????

Such an incident, which forced me to write this was July 9th 2012, the molestation of a teenage girl in public at Guwahati.
Instead of the Media presence, instead of the crowd presence, how can a mob try to put their dirty hands on a teenage girl????
This shows the lower mentality of people, who look at girls with eyes filled of lust and look for opportunities to grab and rape the girl when she is miserable and alone.

These type of news really disturbs a lot.....Mostly to those who have a young sister/daughter/friend
Who can guarantee their Safety, when they are out for work/colleges?

Did somebody said rely on the Police???? They are the people who will make the Rape look legal and show the girl as the culprit.
They are the ones who will never fail to take undue advantage when they get such opportunities.

On the next day of Guwahati incident, a teenage girl was abused by a military person in a village near Assam, when she went to collect some wood from the forest.

On July 28th 2012, in Barasat, Bengal, a 18 year college girl was molested by a group of 2-3 people, when she was returning from her college with her friends.
And to the shame, Chiranjeet, who is a MLA of Trinamool Congress, who is also a Tollywood star, has described this as a normal forgivable crime.
Where is the so called Indian Culture, which has taught us to treat Women as a Goddess?
Where is the fear for Law?

At the Guwahati incident, the police reported at the location only after 30-45 minutes, where the mob was trying to have their lust get fulfilled and the media was looking for a scoop video to be shown on Air.
To the maximum, the culprits were daringly exposing their faces in the video shoot, like a moment of pride in their Lives.
What about the charges against them?  Even though all the culprits have surrendered to the police, they are not losing anything, as value of dignity is much more for a Gal/Woman, than the Males.
The bare truth is: We all have a Animal thought inside, who looks at a girl only with thoughts of Lust and Sex.
Till the time, one does not changes this attitude towards women,
Till the time, Indian constitution do not force a "Hang to Death" or a strict offence rule with no possibilities of Bail and a life-long custody, this is not going to stop and its not safe for women to work and live a free life.
Indian Court must set an example by this Guwahati Case by hanging those 12 molesters from Guwahati.
A fear is necessary in the minds of people, as every person takes it as a passable offence.

If the girl/woman has a narrow minded family as our typical Indian society, they make that lady's life more miserable by not leaving a moment to curse her.
Such unfortunate girls are not supported by the Indian Society. They need to pay a huge price after such incidents either by relocating or getting married off.
Compared to the pain and mental pressure on a Woman for the rest of her life, a Molester or the Culprit faces nothing.

The question here is: Are we Indians, really moving ahead in our lives? Are we really growing as a person, forget the growth of the country.
A country having people with narrow minds, low thoughts, who respect no women, who respect no
emotions, can never go ahead.
A person in a mob never thinks about values, traditions. He just wants to get advantage of the moment.
Even in our daily lives, we see this regularly on roads or in offices or in colleges, a girl wearing a one-piece or even a decent punjabi suit, eve-teasers are always on the prowl, to see the girl with their dirty eyes and
pass some comments or whisper some in their friend's ears.
These thoughts or this type of attitude gives birth to a big crime against women.
Till the time, we are not stopping these thoughts, its not going to stop anywhere, till the time your sister or daughter or a person close to you falls prey to such an incident.
Improvation must start from ourselves.
Things can change if you stop a person passing such comments against any girl, if you defend a girl from eve-teasing. You do not need to be a Super Man or Spider Man for it. Just need to be a Human, who can fight for a right cause....

Indian Society, which flaunts its Culture as the most strong in the world, is actually the most fake, weak and flexible. As every day its broken, changed and customized as per each needs.
Indian Law, Constitution, Police will do nothing for a common person, who faces such trauma. Instead of helping you, they will start blaming your upbringing, family roots and make your life worse.

We have live examples like:
[Raped in 2007, Justice in 2012]
A girl working in a BPO in Pune was raped by the cab driver and his friend during the night hours at a remote road in a vehicle in 2007. Both the culprits were sentenced for death in 2012. What was the Law thinking/probing for these 6 years? Why should be there such a long delay in justice? Such cases should be solved immediately on priority, the culprits should be hanged to death with no delay with the pictures of their dead-bodies published in newspapers, and the breaking news of television media.
Without, such aggressive handling of this ruthless crime, people are not going to take the Law seriously and such things will keep on continuing.

[Terrorism in India is non-punishable, as Indian Constitution gives shelter to Terrorists]
Kasab and his other terrorist groups did a massive killing in Mumbai on Nov 26, 2008 and is still in the custody till date Sep 2012, with the politicians thinking, should we hang him or not. This is a biggest joke, which shows the weakness and ambiguity in Indian Law and Constitution.

India can just think of being a Super-Power, but can never be a Super-Power till the time, they keep on bending ahead of other nations. When USA killed Saddam and Laden, did they asked permissions from anybody? Why should India ask permissions from USA and Pakistan? Excuse me, but are Indian Politicians ?
Indian Law can take in custody common people putting comments/posts against the government on social networking sites and internet, but can not take steps to show improvement in their operations.

Indian Law should show some aggression, should show that they have guts in their bones. Instead of fighting in the Parliament over useless and crap issues, Indian Law and constitution must be revised to decrease the crime and show to the world, that we are not weak and cannot be taken for granted.

So, instead of depending on the foolish Indian Culture and the weak Indian Law, waiting for a Justice, its time to change the Thinking and Be a Human rather than Being an Animal......
Else stop worshipping and praising the Culture........

Do not forget, Woman or a Gal is a pride for ones family.... Her Love and Affection is special.... Do not ruin it by doing things which hurts her dignity.....

 Review

Rock Star, the next biggie from the makers of Love Aaj Kal, Jab We Met, Socha Na Tha.

The common guy behind all these lovely movies, Imtiaz Ali, the writer, the director who has a different treatment to Bollywood’s favorite subject called “LOVE”.

This time, Imtiaz Ali strikes a perfect cord with the guitar guy, RockStar.

RockStar is a totally different genre from all his previous movies.

A tender Love story told with full of passion, style, revolutionary music and emotions.

RockStar has a master-piece touch in all its part, but the most important is its Music and its Dialogues.

THE MUSIC

On the music part, A.R. Rehman’s work is pure revolutionary. No doubt, the music score has been the top on the list from the music release of RockStar.

“Sadda Haq”, “Nadaan Parindey” displays the pain and passion perfectly and choreographed very well.

The most special song is “Kun Faaya Kun” picturized in the Hazrat Nizzam-Ud-Din Dargah reaches directly to the Almighty and has sung so well by the maestro, A.R. Rehman himself with the Kawwali specialist, Javed Ali and a gifted soothing voice of Mohit Chauhan. The trio’s magic in Kun Faaya Kun is so heart soothing, that very less people, no matter which religion will overlook this song.



KUN FAAYA KUN: The Master-Piece



“Aur Ho” is sung beautifully sung by Mohit Chauhan, in his own style made me remember K.K’s voice.

The instrumental song picturized with Shammiji on Shehnai and Ranbeer on guitar is a master-piece.



Shammi ji:  Will Live Forever in our Hearts

  

“Hawaa-Hawaa” has a nice peppy touch with the beautiful moments shared between Nargis and Jordan.

"Phir Se Udd Chala" is soft soothing number, which is picturized perfectly in the beautiful mountains of Himachal, India. 

All other songs are awesome and been blended in the movie perfectly, without the stopping the flow or screenplay.

THE SCENES

RockStar is totally crafted perfectly with beautiful scenes, lovely acting, painful emotions, class apart music.

The director has narrated the story very well in an innovative way with his style.

Pre-Interval is a mix of light an intense moments where Janardan turns to Jordan, the lovely chemistry built up between Nargis and Jordan, Janardan thrown out of his house by his family, the beautiful Kun-Faaya-Kun and many other master-piece scenes.

Gradually Jordan and Heer starts understanding that the immature relation started between them is not a joke. Jordan starts feeling the Pain of loosing Heer, which disturbs him every minute every second.

Heer forgets her smile, after loosing Jordan, post marriage.

Post-Interval is full of pain, where Jordan, the star, controversies favorite boy tries to get his love back in his life. But destiny has something different in his stock each time.

 

One of my favorite dialogue in the movie “Ek tootey Dil se hi toh Sangeet nikalta hain”, which strikes Janardan/Jordan (Ranbir Kapoor) so much that his search starts for a girl, to fall in Love.

Entry of the beautiful Heer (Nargis Fakhri), who wins the audiences hearts in her first movie with her cute smile and beautiful act. It’s a perfect chemistry between Ranbir and Nargis. The pair has looked sensational and lively in all the frames of the movie.

The post-interval scene between Heer and Jordan is special, where Heer and Ranvir under a pink cover, share their cozy feelings and aspire for a perfect life, which will be free from this society, controversies, hospitals, and all those things which try to tear them apart. It has been directed perfectly and brings a heart-soothing feeling after seeing all the pain in the lover’s relation. This truly brings Tears, on seeing the couple to embrace Lives.

The scene where Ustad Jameel Khan (Late Sir. Shammi Kapoor) tells to the business-minded Dhingra (the perfect Piyush Mishra), that Jordan is not made for those artificial studio recordings. This is a special and a cute scene between the sweet Shammi Sir and Ranbeer.

Shammi ji in his own style says his lines perfectly,

“Yeh bada jaanwar hain, Yeh aapki chotey Pinjrey mein nahin Samayega..Yeh Apni duniya banayega. Ispey uska haath hain, uski Inaayat hain”

Ustad gives Jordan his first break with the music company, from where the Rockstar’s journey gets a lift.

You will not stop clapping while watching the scene where Ranbir runs on Piyush Mishra by tearing the music contract to pieces and shouting  the Mantra “Chal Ukhad Le Swahah…”

 

This movie will make you cry, laugh, shout with anger and passion, every time when Ranbir gives his electric performance till date. Ranbir has always been special in all his light hearted movies like “Wake-Up Sid, Rocket Singh, Ajab Prem ki Gazab Kahaani”. RockStar portrays him totally differently. His expressions are remarkable in every frame, which makes him look a perfect RockStar. RockStar takes him to a different height in the industry, from where there is no looking back for this actor. He has proved that he has the inherited “magic-touch” from the reputed Kapoor family, who has gifted GEMS (Shri Prithviraj Kapoor, the show-man Shri. Raj Kapoor, easy going Sashi Kapoor, the lively Shammiji, the blue-eyed Randhir Kapoor, the best chocolate boy, Rishiji, the remarkable Karishma and the innovative Kareena) to this industry in every decade. Ranbir proves that he is here to stay and has made his mark. Undoubtedly a Star shining, a Lively Actor. Hats off to this guy.

Nargis Fakhri is beautiful and has played the role transformations beautifully with her beautiful eyes and cute smile.

She has played perfectly the lively girl, where she reminded me of Katrina from Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

The scene where she takes Ranbir to watch the blue film “Jangli Jawani” is awesome.

She has given total justice to her role in displaying her relief when she meets Ranbir again, the pain when she tries to kick Ranbir out of her life purposely, the battle between life and death.

Nargis has touched the hearts, with her remarkable performance.

The chemistry is heavenly and a perfect made for each other.

 

Shammi ji touches hearts in his short role.

Ranbir playing Shammiji’s “Tareef karron kya uski” is an icing on a cake to the audiences, which brings the old memories back.

I will not bore you with all this description, but will surely say that for me, Rockstar is a collection movie.

Don’t miss this journey of a RockStar, full of Passion, Rebel, Love, Courage, Frustration, the Highs-and-Lows of a star.

It’s a story of a special guy, Janardan turned in Jordan, in search of his own world, who loses everything to make his life perfect with his Love and his Music.

Gets all the Fame, Money which he desires, but is deadly missing his Love, Heer to make his Life perfect which is full of disputes and controversies.

 

Do not expect RockStar to be a popcorn goody-goody movie, as there is a lot of Pain involved in it.

You will love the movie, if you have ever been in Love, have an ear for music, have a heart for feeling those emotions….If you are in this class, go watch it, It’s a master-piece and a class apart.

In the Box-Office language, RockStar will win in all the big circuits with the class audiences.

Its hard to digest for the Teenagers and the Masses, who might expect the halka-fulka entertainment and less crying. But that’s their unfortunate tastes, who will need to work on it and possibly get it gradually.

Hats off to Ranbir, Nargis, Late Shammiji (will stay forever in our hearts), Piyush Mishra and others with the leader Imtiaz Ali, who has a gave justice to the subject very well.

And last but not the least, I will thank the Maestro, A.R. Rehman.

His music is the soul of RockStar, and is full of life.

Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara: Movie Review

"Live Life to the Fullest" a sincere message given by Zoya's 2011 latest classic movie "Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara"
The movie stays loyal to its title throughout the movie, so wins heart of a mature class of audience.
At Last a refreshing and an inspirational movie out of all the bunch of Tamil Remakes (Ready, Singham), Harry Potter sequels.

Its a story of 3 best friends who get set for their bachelor trip, by letting off their Daily routines and boring job schedules.
So, a fact which strikes chords of the heart very gently, saying,
Guys, There is a Life beyond this too. When will you experience it. When will you feel it.

Katrina's character is perfectly fresh and she carries the free confident independent heart character with a grace and sincerity
The best dialogue which best describes her is: "You are thinking about your 40's? Who knows that whether you will be alive at 40? Live for today"
and "Jo kabhi khuley aasman ke neeche naa soya ho, wo hi aisi Boring baat keh sakta hain"
Abhay Deol's character is sweet and confused, which is very well expressed by him through his natural body language, his easy expressions and his spontaneous dialogue deliveries. He has got some good light moments and complement his companions very well.
Hrithik is sincere in his role. The transformation in his character from a workaholic investment banker to a carefree person, due to his gradual involvement in Katrina is directed perfectly.

All said, All done, but the real winner is Farhan Akhtar, just because when I completed the movie, it was Farhan's character which striked my mind.

Farhan has again shown his multiple talents as an Actor (Comedy, Emotions, Witty Liners), narrator (with his magical voice and Javed Akhtar's magical words). A true winner he is and a class apart from the league actors (Khans, Kapurs, Roshans, Kumars, etc.).
He is a Scene Stealer throughout the movie.

ZNMD is surely, a movie to have in a Collection. Super Likes for this one.. Don't miss it, You will surely regret missing this one, because it will gift you back your Life, by dusting off boredom from your Life....
